Salary and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $60,000
• Quarterly bonus based on production

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) – Flexible scheduling each day as long as patients are being seen.
• Going into one skilled nursing facility a day providing short term individual cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy to the geriatric population.
• 12 patients per day
• 60% of the facilities in St. Pete and 40% in the Bradenton / N. Sarasota area.

Requirements

• Clear and Active LMHC Licensure in the state of Florida
