Job Type: Part-time, Remote

Pay and Benefits: $52,000 to $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW in the state.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing counseling services.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, technology skills and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
