We are a clinical behavioral health practice innovating the mental health services industry. We specialize in clinical psychology as well as individual/group psychotherapy for patients involved in trauma (grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression).

We employ a workforce of 60+ clinicians (community) and the clinicians are provided administrative support from functions: Billing, Patient Care Coordination, Worker's Comp, Insurance Verification, Payroll, and Human Resources, to name a few.

We are actively hiring Licensed Psychotherapists LCSWs, LMHCs and LMFTs for our Practice. Clinicians have the opportunity to create their own schedule to treat patients remotely and in person, following CDC guidelines. Qualified applicants musthave individual or group psychotherapy experience. We have FT (32+ hours) and PT(16+ hours) positions available.

You can work full time or part time

Ability to work remote

Earn up to $60,000 per year (based on caseload at Part-Time status)

Earn up to $100,000 per year at full-time status. Counselors who work 30+ hours a week are also eligible for a healthcare stipend

Masters Degree from an accredited university

Licensed to provide therapy in Florida

Substantial experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.

Experience working under clinical supervision.

Demonstrated competency working with diverse populations.

Apply today!</p><p>SUMMARY of Position: Mental Health Provider position will work closely with IMPACT classroom supports, the building administrative team as well as the building counseling team, to coordinate, facilitate, and implement mental health support services. This position will also work with community agencies to coordinate consistent support services for assigned students and families. The Mental Health Provider position will deliver trauma-informed emotional support services and foster a safe and successful learning environment for students.
