Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) Position Needed

- Conduct initial assessments virtually using specialized software designed exclusively for teletherapy purposes
- Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via webcam utilizing evidence-based techniques adapted appropriately into digital formats suitable for online interactions
- Attend regular meetings via conference call or web chat platform to discuss patient progress and plan next steps alongside colleagues
- Participate in continuous education opportunities focused on best practices within digital counseling services
- Contribute ideas aimed at enhancing program effectiveness while adhering to regulatory requirements governing telemedicine operations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
- Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LMFT. LPCC. LCSW)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills essential when engaging remotely through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype
