Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) Position Needed

• Conduct initial assessments virtually using specialized software designed exclusively for teletherapy purposes
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via webcam utilizing evidence-based techniques adapted appropriately into digital formats suitable for online interactions
• Attend regular meetings via conference call or web chat platform to discuss patient progress and plan next steps alongside colleagues
• Participate in continuous education opportunities focused on best practices within digital counseling services
• Contribute ideas aimed at enhancing program effectiveness while adhering to regulatory requirements governing telemedicine operations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution

• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LMFT. LPCC. LCSW)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills essential when engaging remotely through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype
