• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification in Texas.
• Prior experience working in a school or clinical setting is a strong plus.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and school staff.
• Culturally competent and able to work effectively with diverse populations.
