POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team at Evernest as a dedicated plumber! As a valued member of our workforce, you'll be responsible for efficiently scheduling and executing service requests using our advanced work order management system. This pivotal role calls for independent thinkers who thrive as individual contributors. Success in this position demands a disciplined, proactive mindset to tackle challenges head-on. Must be trained to work with various fixtures, pipes, and appliances, addressing issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in water and sewage systems.

• Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

• Benefits: Employee only benefits (health, dental, vision) at no cost to the employee. Plus, add a spouse or child at a competitive price.

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 paid out over first 180 days of employment.

• Quarterly Bonus: Opportunity to earn an additional $1,050 per quarter if technician averages 40 hours worked and 38 of those hours are billed per week (up to $4,200/year).

• Hours Expected: Our plumbers work a minimum of 40hrs but OT is available if needed.

• Work Environment: Our plumbers make their own schedule, essentially you are your own boss, just get the job done! We will provide you with a vehicle, you'll just need to have your own plumbing tools

• Benefits: Our plumbers are provided with a company-provided vehicle along with health and dental care.

• Job Type: Full-time hourly employment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose/troubleshoot, estimate and complete repairs per property needs

• Organize and schedule work orders

• Crucial to hit KPIs

• Audit and close out all credit card transactions

• Attend/participate in weekly meeting

• Perform daily/weekly vehicle inspections

REQUIREMENTS

• Required Skills: Must be a licensed master plumber.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

• 1+ years experience with residential plumbing experience (Required)

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (Required)
