Massage Envy Pompano Beach, has been open for 14 years. Massage Envy membership model is designed for our members to come in at least once a month, many times more than once a week! This brings great stability and steady workflow for our therapist and estheticians. With well over 2,700 active members in our two locations in Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach, we perform over 2,600 - one-hour services per month.

Our management team has been in place for many years and all of us feel passionate about our industry. Our open-door policy has allowed us to create a healthy and positive environment for our staff members as well as our guests.

Requirements

• Active Massage Therapist License in the State of Florida

What We'll Accomplish Together

Responsibilities:

• Treat clients in a professional caring manner

• Perform 50- or 80-minute hands-on quality massage therapy sessions

• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs

• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program

• Maintain detailed and proper treatment records

What it Takes to Succeed

We only succeed together, so we're looking for people with the passion and experience to be amazing. Those who thrive in this role are:

• Well-skilled professionalswho have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and a certificate of completion. You'll also need to meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state and be able to pass a background check.

• Thirsty for knowledge, seeking continuing education to build on their modality mastery (which must include Swedish and deep tissue massage)

• Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session to achieve the goals of each service.

• Total body care champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.

• Great teammates who show up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
