Responsibilities:

• Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
• Customize massage based on client needs and preferences.
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy to clients.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications:

• Valid state massage therapy license.
• Proficient in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, etc.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
