Our Client: Is an Established Healthcare Organization For Over 10 Years in St Cloud, Offering Evidence-Based Healing Centers for Teens and Young Adults.

The Company: Is a Network of Teen Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Centers With the Mission to Provide Teens and Their Families With the Highest-Quality Care and Treatment for Trauma, Mental Health Issues, Eating Disorders, and Substance Abuse.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) And Is Offering The Following Compensation and Benefits:

• $67,200 - $92,400 Based On Experience
• 401k With 50% of First 4% Match

Requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Related Field Required, or Enrollment in an Accredited Doctorate Program.
• Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience With Individual, Family, and/or Group Therapy With Adolescents/Young Adults is Necessary.

Responsibilities:

• It is a Full Residential Facility
• Monday-Friday 8 - 5
• One On Call Weekend on a Rotation Basis
• Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans.
• Facilitate Individual and Group Therapy Sessions.
• Provide Clinical Support to Assigned Program as Required.
