A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position is available for a professional looking to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, families, and couples. This role offers the opportunity to support clients in navigating personal and relational challenges while working within a collaborative clinical setting.

• Employment Type:
  Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

> Salary:$110,000 – $130,000 annually + benefits

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Offer therapy sessions to address mental health, relationship, and emotional concerns.
• Perform comprehensive client assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and other issues.
• Document client progress and therapy outcomes with precision.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in clinical evaluation and treatment planning.
