• Compensation:$110,000 – $130,000 annually + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions focused on relationship and mental health concerns.
• Assess clients’ needs and design effective treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based strategies to support clients through life’s challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and track client progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for optimal patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong skills in assessment, communication, and intervention.
