Liveops is sourcing for Licensed Life and Health Insurance Sales Specialists to handle incoming calls from one of our insurance industry clients. Liveops independent insurance sales agents use their product knowledge to help customers understand the different insurance products available to them and complete an insurance application in one all. Of course, Liveops provides you with free certification so you're well prepared to take these calls.

Opportunity Details

This opportunity requires agents to have an active Life & Health Insurance Producer License in your resident state and two additional states.


Resident State: Life and Health (Accident/Sickness)

State 2: Life and Health (Accident/Sickness)

State 3: Life and Health (Accident/Sickness)

You must complete a certification class that will take approximately 3 weeks to complete.


  • Take inbound calls from prospective customers

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (leads are provided to you at no cost)

  • Assist customers to find a policy, quote, and help complete an insurance application

  • Utilize product knowledge to help customers understand the different insurance products available to them

Earning Potential:

This opportunity pays for time spent talking on the phone and assisting customers. Independent Contractors may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. The talk-time rate is $0.30 per minute of talk-time + $7.00 commission (Depending on call type).

As an Independent Contractor, Liveops does not withhold any taxes from your earnings and you will be responsible for your own tax obligations. Actual earnings may vary depending on opportunity, call type, call volume, and other factors. Independent Contractors are responsible for expenses and control their own profit and loss.

Available Hours:

Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks.

  • Calls typically come in on

  • Monday

  • Friday 8am

  • 10pm EST

  • Saturdays 9am
  • 6pm EST

This client is looking for Independent Contractors with the following skills and experience:

  • You currently hold an active Life & Health Insurance Producer License in your resident state and two additional states

  • Goal oriented Life & Health Insurance Agent with excellent sales skills

  • Passionate about insurance and have charisma to connect with people

  • You possess strong communication skills and can overcome customer objections when negotiating a sale

  • You can learn and use customized software and applications

  • Certification is a combination of self-paced eLearning courses and live virtual classroom learning sessions conducted via conference call.

  • This free certification will take approximately 3 weeks to complete.

VIEW JOBS 8/26/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-11-24T00:00 RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply SERVICE AREA: Forest, Newton, and Morton MS Position: Home Care Navigator - Sta-Home Reports to: Director of Care Navigation Job Description/Requirements: As a Home Care Navigator, you will: * Establish and maintain relationship with physicians to ensure timely signing of orders generated from Sta-home. * Obtain assigned physicians' signature on all orders generated from the agency and ensuring they are received by appropriate branch. * Communicate information and status reports from patient care staff to the physician; ensure that physician conference information is relayed to the physician in a timely manner and his/her response is recorded in HCHB. * Work collaboratively with team members; promote collaborative relationships with vendors, community and referral resources. * Perform transfer of accurate, pertinent patient information between levels of care through collaboration with Care Transitions Nurses, when applicable. * Perform follow-up calls to patients and providers regarding their experience and issue resolution. * Participate in departmental improvements, Company initiatives and performs data collection for measurement of projects. * Document accurately and timely all interventions and necessary patient related activities. * Follow-up on outstanding orders IAW current Sta-home policy. May perform tasks such as routine utilization reviews, securing community resources/information or other tasks as related to clinical specialty. May perform secretarial/cross coverage where needed. * Monitor hospitalized patients for assigned physicians * Identify home health candidates; educate patient on availability of home health services and options; and coordinate the patient's discharge from hospital with referral to HHA of choice * Work closely with clinical operations to make sure all collateral, training, and support materials are in compliance with company policies and procedures. * Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards. * Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare. * Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor, or another manager, related to the position/department. Requirements of Qualified Candidates: * 1 - 3 years of experience * High school diploma * Vocational or technical degree in nursing preferred * RN, LVN, or PT license in practicing state * Current driver's license and liability insurance * Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations * Able to some advanced skills that allow employee to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine situations * Strong project/process management skills * Ability to create complex documents, spreadsheet analysis models, and advanced graphics * Excellent ability to draft, edit, and proofread internal and external correspondence, ensure files are organized, manage electronic schedule as appropriate * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities * Excellent interpersonal/listening skills * Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment amongst and stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Possess a responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic Accentcare Newton MS
