Paul Gentilini - State Farm Agency, located in Coon Rapids, MN is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative. This is a low-pressure position focused on customer service and sales for a well-established State Farm Agent.

If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team As our Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria: Active Property and Casualty license Ability to commute to our Coon Rapids location Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
