We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Remote Licensed Client Management Representative in the Greater Chicago area! The position is fully remote and requires you reside in the Greater Chicago area. We offer virtual interviewing and on boarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support. As a High Net Worth Representative, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, team oriented environment that is focused on enhancing relationships with our high net worth clients who have assets of $250,000 to $1 million and therefore a complex service and investment need. In this role, you will help us to increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.

The Expertise You Have

  • Series 7 required

  • Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days

  • 2-3 years of previous financial services experience

  • Broad based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts

  • Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively influence others

  • Robust time management and organizational skills

The Value You Deliver

  • Engage with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquires which may include providing product and service level guidance, processing transactions to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests

  • Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for various client situations. Own the management of the case, research the issue and communicate the solution to the client

  • Uncover opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client's financial success and partner with the Financial Consultant to further discuss with the client

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests

  • Conduct pro-active outbound calls to communicate resolution to the client or secure additional information to close out the request

VIEW JOBS 6/13/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-09-11T00:00 Maintenance Branch Manager The primary responsibility of Lake County Facilities is the operation and maintenance of building equipment, maintenance of all buildings and housekeeping in all of the County facilities within the County seat. Facilities and Construction Services maintains and operates all facilities and construction and major remodeling projects for Lake County government. The Position The Maintenance Branch Manager general function will be to perform complex work related to leading and supervising subordinates with varying degrees of skill, in the repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment. The Maintenance Branch Manager is a member of the management team of Facilities and Construction Services. Both in-house and contracted services are managed. The position is also responsible for management of outsourced maintenance services and materials, purchases, and is responsible for preparing and managing budgets for this area. This position is considered an emergency position that requires reporting to work during inclement weather at the regularly scheduled time regardless of whether the County is closed, opening late or closing early. This position reports to the Operations Division Director within the Facilities and Construction Services Department.
