Your expertise in skin care and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Experienced and recently graduated estheticians welcome!

  • Perform consecutive 50 minute facials, hair removal and other skin care services

  • Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency

  • Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations

  • Must carry Professional liability insurance

  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians

  • Must be customer service oriented

  • Positive attitude

  • Team player

  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

The 2-story facility is located at the corner of 7 Mile and Haggerty in Northville Township. We are actively seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-oriented individual who will share in the goal of creating the ideal experience for our patients, families and employees. Excellent service and team work is an expected and integral part of the Northville Health Center culture. We are currently seeking a licensed Athletic Trainer with sports medicine experience to join our interdisciplinary musculoskeletal team. This is a Clinic – Outreach Athletic Trainer position. Duties will be split between Clinic and Outreach contract (50% clinical; 50% outreach for the Detroit Skating Club of Bloomfield Hills). The Athletic Trainer is responsible for delivering direct patient care within a team approach (in conjunction with physical therapist and associated personnel) in outpatient sports medicine setting as well as providing athletic training coverage for the Detroit Skate Club and its members. This individual will be need to provide injury triage and rehabilitation of the elite figure skaters, ice dancers, and hockey players of this club. This position can be filled after the initial 7 day posting period. Required Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree or Post Baccalaureate Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited college or university athletic training program or equivalent is required. Must be certified with NATABOC and licensed with the State of Michigan. Must have current CPR and first aid certification. Desired Qualifications* Figure Skating, Ice Dancing, and Performing Arts experience and sports medicine clinical experience desired. Strong manual skills and functional assessment and rehabilitation skills needed. Work Schedule Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Varied hours due to clinical and outreach responsibilities, based on Detroit Skating Club schedule. Background Screening Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
