Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Be willing to be held accountable for taking the actions needed to be successful at providing outstanding responsiveness and service Qualifications: Proven negotiating and communication skills Independent and self motivated Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check About Company We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
