We seek a Virtual Licensed Clinician to join our team based in Raleigh, NC.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for independent practice in North Carolina

• At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting

• Comfortable providing individual telehealth therapy

• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

• Must be comfortable commuting to Raleigh, NC, for semi-annual training and meetings

• Must have access to a reliable internet connection that can support clear video calls

• You must have a dedicated therapy space that is quiet and private so you can work remotely and provide confidential therapy without distractions
