We are currently seeking a full time Independent Licensed Therapist for our Albany, Rochester, or Syracuse, New York offices. Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $92,500 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• A clear and active LCSW, LCSWR, or LMHC license issued by the New York State Office of the Professions

• LMHC's must have diagnostic privilege in order to apply.

• Must have two years of clinical experience.

• Due to credentialing restrictions applicant must reside in the following counties: Onondaga, Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Cortland, Cayuga, Monroe, Livingston, Steuben, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, Schuyler, Chemung, Seneca, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome, Jefferson, St Lawrence, Lewis, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Herkimer, Franklin, Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Clinton, Essex. We are expanding further into the greater Albany area to include Greene, Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, Columbia, and Rensselaer.
