We seek licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with child and adolescent experience for full or part-time positions in our North Wales, PA location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field

• Experience with children or adolescents

• Some evening or weekend hours required

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience

• Independent mental health license in Pennsylvania

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

• Experience with couples or family counseling

• Experience with health psychology

J. Snyder Therapeutic Services (JSTS) is a group practice offering psychotherapy/counseling and Psychiatry in conjunction with medication management provided by Nurse Practitioners. We have achieved success by upholding our values of integrity, transparency, and accessibility and ensuring that our staff are competently addressing our patients concerns to improve their dispositions as soon as possible. JSTS operates out of 3 Pennsylvania locations: Ambler, Blue Bell, and North Wales - in conjunction with delivering services via Telehealth.
