We seek licensed clinical therapists for full-time or part-time (minimum of 16 hours) positions in our Shrewsbury, New Jersey, center. This center is located in Monmouth County, near Red Bank. As a Clinical Therapist with Psychiatric & Behavioral Health of New Jersey, you enjoy a collaborative and collegial work environment with a full spectrum of mental health clinicians and access to our prestigious physician leadership team.

Hybrid Schedule: In-office & Remote Required

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be a New Jersey-licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• One year of direct clinical experience preferred.

• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.

• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.

• Proficiency with EMRs, as well as solid computer and basic technology skills, are needed.

• Telehealth experience.
