Position Details

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor, under the supervision of the Clinical Director - MHOP SEPA, is responsible for the overall clinical quality, service delivery, and supervision of the site's clinical staff. The supervisor will serve as a clinical leader and support the implementation and sustainability of evidence-based practices during supervision with therapists and interns. This role collaboratively works with the Operations Manager to provide exceptional outpatient services.

This position is eligible to receive training in the following evidence-based practices:

• Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.

• Master's degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology required.

• License is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Two years supervisory experience required.

• Candidate must be computer competent, possess strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
