POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Sarasota, FL

Overview:Cotler Healthcare has been an industry leader in Florida for over 25 years, and is successfully owned and operated by a Psychologist, Kerry Cotler, Ph.D.

Qualifications:Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited educational institution. Licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

Position Summary:We are currently seeking qualified independent contractors to serve the needs of senior residents in nursing homes and assisted living communities throughout the state of FL. We have, both full-time and part-time openings. The position offers a decidedly rewarding work life, distinctly flexible schedule, along with highly competitive earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Provides a variety of treatment services including intake/diagnostic evaluations, individual and occasional family therapy.
Participates as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare treatment team.
Maintains clinical records in accordance with insurance regulations and established Cotler policies and procedures
Provides clinically sound treatment services based on client needs, treatment plans, health and mental health.
Maintains secure clinical records in timely compliance with Company policies and procedures
Demonstrates understanding of sound ethical practice.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales * Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs * Understand and be able to describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services * Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including checking in, scheduling appointment, accurately estimating time requirements, and checking out. * Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing recommendations * Promote self-development by utilizing Company provided training tools * Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area * Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
