Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. As an LCSW, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to individuals with various behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities:

      • Focusing on Transition Management to ensure the right length of stay, prevent readmissions, and enhance patient satisfaction.
      • Care Coordination by demonstrating throughput efficiency while assuring care is sequenced and provided at the appropriate level of care
        • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
      • Education provided to physicians, patients, families, and caregivers
      • Provides guidance to new staff members and, acts as a resource for all staff.
      • Participates in department Quality Improvement initiatives, one committee participation and/or major projects as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

      • Must have an LCSW or LMSW based on license requirements in the state of California.
      • Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law or regulation in state of practice or policy. Active license for state(s) covered.
      • Preferred: Accredited Case Manager (ACM). Minimum of two years of acute hospital experience preferred.
      • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to lead and coordinate activities of a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment.
      • Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
      • Proficient in computer literacy.
