Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Priority Group Services, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and interventions to children, adolescents, and their families. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver compassionate care to promote positive mental health outcomes.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to children and adolescents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular check-ins and assessments
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations to identify underlying factors impacting mental health
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of social work and behavioral health
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide written reports and updates to the team as required

Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in child and adolescent mental health preferred.
- Strong assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
