Responsibilities:
As an LCSW, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential psychotherapy services to individuals with various mental health concerns. Here's a glimpse of what your responsibilities will entail:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-based interventions. You'll create a roadmap to guide your clients on their journey to wellness.

- Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide comprehensive and holistic care.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid LCSW license in the state.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, focusing on substance abuse therapy.
- Knowledge of solution-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
