Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services. This role demands a professional who is prepared to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, offering mental health support and counseling.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

●       Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.

●       Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

●       Maintain diligent and confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and facility standards.

●       Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

●       Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.

●       Valid LCSW license in California.

●       Proven experience as a LCSW minimum of 2 Years experience.

●       Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

●       Resilient and effective in high-pressure and challenging environments
