Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) - Behavioral Therapist

Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and make a meaningful impact on individuals struggling with mental health concerns. As a Behavioral Therapist, you'll work closely with clients, either individually or in groups, to facilitate their journey towards recovery and illness management.

Responsibilities:

• Create a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients and their families, fostering engagement in recovery and behavioral management.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to establish treatment goals and identify interventions to promote progress.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Participate in on-call rotations for mental health crisis evaluations and collaborate with psychiatrists to develop appropriate care plans.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to other therapists, promoting clinical growth and adherence to best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based methods to ensure positive clinical outcomes for clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work with LCSW certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or hospital setting; preferred 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and interact with individuals in a courteous manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and electronic medical records preferred.
