Cotler Healthcare Psychology Service has been privately owned and operated by psychologist, Kerry Cotler, Ph.D. for over 30 years! Our organization specializes in serving the senior population in approximately 130 long-term care communities throughout the state of Florida.

Cotler is seeking Florida Licensed Psychologists who want to have a meaningful impact on the quality of life for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living communities. Cotler offers competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, and full support by our clinical and administrative team members throughout each Licensed Psychologist's tenure.

Cotler offers virtual clinical and EHR trainings on a one-on-one basis to ensure elevated levels of success for each clinician. Our user-friendly EHR system permits clinicians to have easy remote access to nursing home charts as well as the ability to upload all clinical notes electronically.

Workload, distance, and community selection is at the discretion of the clinician. For providers that have limited availability but have a heart to work with the senior population, Cotler offers the ability to work weekends as well. Clinicians are provided the autonomy to create their own schedule and individualized treatment plan for every client. Our team will work with each Licensed Psychologist individually to ensure the best fit geographically for an assigned community.

Part-time and full-time positions are available! Clinicians will have the ability to provide a variety of treatment services including, but not limited to, diagnostic evaluations, individual therapy, and occasional family therapy.

Cotler's support enables clinicians to have the ability to focus on client care while we handle the rest! Our administrative team will manage all billing, referrals, family contact, and insurance credentialing/paneling. Each clinician will be provided with a Cotler Directory to ensure easy access to all key administrative team members, including the option to speak directly to the President, Dr. Kerry Cotler.

Cotler is privately owned, and our Licensed Psychologists are not required to meet certain production or revenue metrics that larger corporately owned companies may expect. Our company focuses on providing highly ethical and necessary services.

Decisions regarding caseload and treatment plan are at the clinician's professional discretion. Our expectations of clinicians are to provide highly ethical and comprehensive therapy to clients which result in a meaningful impact on their lives.

Requirements: Must be licensed to practice Psychology in the state of Florida.
