Work-Life Balance – Practice model conducive with your schedule vs. the unknown day/schedule when working in an inpatient setting. Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD. Experience and scope of practice to include treating child/adolesent and adults Current State License Must reside in the state of practice Excellent verbal / written communication skills – timely notes and documentation Mindpath Health is an equal opportunity employer.
