Job Type: Part-Time

Salary:
$52,000 to $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress over the course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about developments in the field of mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state
• Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
