Job Title: Licensed Civil Engineer
Location: Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Transportation Engineer to lead roadway and site development projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project management, drive business development efforts, and ensure high-quality deliverables through QA/QC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, monitoring, and execution from due diligence to construction completion.
• Manage client relationships and business development in the roadway sector.
• Lead engineering design efforts, including roadway grading, drainage design, and stormwater management.
• Coordinate multiple project teams across Columbus and Cleveland offices.
• Prepare and review proposals, scopes, schedules, and fee negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with permitting processes and deliver innovative solutions to resolve potential issues.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading transportation projects.
• Proficiency in Bentley/MicroStation/Open Roads and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with ODOT Districts 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12, as well as Cuyahoga and Franklin County projects.
• Strong knowledge of roadway grading, drainage design, and permitting processes.
• PE License in Ohio and a BSCE from an ABET-accredited university.
