Job Description
Licensed Behavioral Health Professional
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) in Enid OK, is currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team! The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional provides professional behavioral health services in our outpatient office. Services include assessments and psychotherapy along with supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service. Duties primarily performed in an outpatient setting but may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services.

Salary Range:
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification)
Licensure Candidate- Under Supervision $65,000 - $31.25 Hourly
Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $70,000 - $33.65 Hourly
5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service! Full Compensation range $70,700 - $95,000 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for benefit elections! (Based on the number of covered dependents, years of service and certification)
FLSA Status: Exempt

Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver's license to perform job related travel if necessary.
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
(if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
