Licensed Behavioral Health Crisis Evaluator Practitioner (Wednesday - Friday 3Pm-3Am)

Wednesday - Friday 3pm-3am

Co-response Clinicians. Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LPC) to ride a Grady EMS truck with a Paramedic and respond to Psychiatric 911 calls.

Provides the following services for individuals with Mental Illness and Addictive Disease: Crisis Intervention; Crisis and Behavioral Assessment; Suicide Risk Assessment; community linkage.

The primary objective of this position is to assess individuals in a psychiatric crisis and assure they have the resources needed and divert them to community care with appropriate. Will work at the top of their licensure limit to determine risk, diagnosis and disposition of each patient they respond to. Responsible for assessing for and completing Form 1013.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in Counseling or Behavioral Sciences is required.

• Three of more years related experience, preferably in Crisis assessment.

• Must have full licensure in LPC or LCSW in the state of Georgia
