Job Description Job Description To Apply for this Job Click Here We're looking for a Registered Architect who’s passionate about great design and has experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. If you love bringing creative ideas to life, managing projects from start to finish, and working with a collaborative team, this might be the perfect fit for you What You’ll Do:

Lead design projects from concept to construction. Create detailed drawings, specs, and technical docs. Work with engineers, contractors, and officials to get approvals.

Visit job sites to keep things on track and troubleshoot issues. Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM to bring designs to life. What We’re Looking For:

Licensed/Registered Architect in DE or MD . 5 years of experience in architectural design & project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software . Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods . Great communication and problem-solving skills. Perks & Benefits:
