Library Associate 3 - Adult Services Full Time

Library Systems & Services is seeking a motivated and passionate Library Associate 3 - Adult Services to join our team on a full-time basis. The Library Associate 3 - Adult Services will play a crucial role in providing exceptional services and support to library patrons in the Adult Services Department.

Employment Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Hours per Week: 40

Responsibilities:

• Assist with collection management, including organizing and maintaining the adult materials collection

• Provide reference and research assistance to library patrons

• Assist with programming and outreach initiatives for adults, including book clubs, author visits, and workshops

• Help patrons navigate library resources and technology

• Collaborate with library staff to develop and implement innovative services and programs

• Promote library services and resources through community outreach and engagement activities

• Assist with circulation/reference desk duties, including checking materials in and out, issuing library cards, and collecting fines

• Perform other duties as assigned
