The LFP Inspector is an entry level, non exempt position that reports to the LFP Production Manager. The LFP Rosa Inspector is responsible for complying with Charm Sciences, Inc standard operating procedures, inspecting product and keeping accurate count of products packaged on a daily basis.
Comply with all Charm Sciences, Inc. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inspect ROSA diagnostic tests as outlined in SOP: FLA-152: Lateral Flow Inspection.
Quantify and account for all products packaged/Inspected on a daily basis.
Maintain proper labelling of bags.
Seal labelled bags with inspected Strips and store in proper conditions.
Maintain a clean safe work environment at all times.
Monitor break start and end times.
Load ROSA tests into packaging plates when required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Familiarity with Window and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work hours for the LFP Department are 7:30am to 4:00 pm unless scheduled overtime by LFP Manager.
1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
The person in this position must be able to frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
The person in this position must be able to remain stationary for an extended length of time while working at a machine.
The person in this position must be able to visually inspect lateral flow strips.
The person in this position occasionally must operate a computer, a packaging machine and other production equipment.
