At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role in Production Clerk III pay ranges $20.41 - $22.96 ($0.75 cents differential pay from 6PM - 5:59AM applies.).

Summary Description: Cheese Production Clerk is responsible for processing data as well as providing Supervisors/Managers accurate and timely reports to better enable those management personnel to make proper decisions and adjustments so as to have a positive effect on quality and financials.

Job Description

• Checks/ Verifies / Reviews End of Run paperwork (ingredients, Milk to Vats, Process Orders) complete and verify daily inventory.

• Completes Problem Cheese, First Pass Good, Sorting, review sort logs and turn into hold and release and assure all second handled cheese has the proper disposition. Also may include printing Cyber Docs SOPs, Store Room Recaps, OT Tracking, and others as required.

• Complete/ Print/ Post Department Graphs/ Reports such as: Animal Feed, Problem Cheese, PPLH, Customer complaints, OT, Penalty pay, Usage, First Pass Good , In-spec, and others as needed

• Complete and post employee schedules including: vacation tracking, TOR eligibility verifications

• Supervisor Support: End of Day Reports, take and /or type up meeting notes, fill-out/ print Manning Sheets, MSS, and Pre-start Checklists, and more.

• Sort and distribute Maintenance Work Orders, Top 5 reports, and Parts Ordered. Order, Track, and monitor Parts Orders as well as scheduling and completion of Service/ Repairs.

• Any and all audit requirements such as: MSS Tracking, Audits, and communication for gaps in procedures, Safety Tracking, JTPR Tracking, and Lot Control Tracking as needed.

• Provide clerical support to supervisors/mangers such as: mail, typing, acting as scribe, filing, answering phones, running errands.

• Other duties as assigned.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• At least one year of experience in production.

• Familiarity with Production Processes and Techniques.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities/Competencies:

• Computer literacy. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, MS Word Applications, E-mail, and Typing Skills min. 40wpm.

• Knowledgeable of food safety expectations.

• Knowledge of sanitary GMPs.

• Ability to make decisions independently in a stressful environment.

• Has excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines.

• This position reports to the Cheese Manager
