Our client in Saint Charles, MO, is looking for a Systems Engineering professional to join their team focused on Precision Engagement Systems. Key Responsibilities: · Utilize a collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and validate a balanced system of systems and solutions. · Assess customer and operational needs to define and synchronize system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters and ensuring compatibility across physical, functional, and program interfaces. · Conduct various analyses to optimize the overall system of systems and/or system architecture. · Perform analyses concerning affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, product assurance, and other quality factors to guarantee mission success. · Lead the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.

Resolve cross-functional technical issues. Required Experience: · Minimum 8 years of experience as a Model-Based System Engineer (MBSE). · Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and deriving requirement specifications. · Advanced technical education from an accredited course in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., bachelor’s degree). Typically requires 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Ph.D., master’s degree plus 3 years' related work experience).
