The U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Doctrine Division, Lessons and Best Practices (L&BP) Branch requires contractor support for their L&BP Team. This effort will include duties to document and analyze pertinent cyberspace, signal and EW information and observations, derived from both actual (i.e. combat, peacekeeping, training) operations and Combat Training Centers (CTC) operations. Engagement with Industry, Federal Agencies and Academia.Position Description:
The Cyberspace Analyst must have documented experience and knowledge of combined, joint, multi-service, multinational, Army, cyberspace, signal, and EW concepts, doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and terminology; in addition to the employment, operation, and the technical characteristics of communications and network systems and devices to analyze and evaluate current doctrine or develop new doctrine in support of changing mission and Army guidance.Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and hold a US Government final Top Secret
security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Must have a minimum of 2 years
in Offensive or Defensive Cyber Operations in the Cyber Management Force (CMF).
Have experience and knowledge of military documentation process, capability development process or requirements determination process.
Have a minimum of two years experience working with software programs from Microsoft (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).i3T, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
