Lessons Lead Area Specialist - D42 North Texas

As our Lessons District Specialist, you will provide guidance and assistance to other Lesson Leads and Instructors within a specific geographical area.

• Selling: Able to work through the GC Lesson Lead Training program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.

• Technology Skills: Able to navigate and learn new technology and retail systems, equipment, and computer programs needed to fulfill communication, customer service, and business needs & expectations.

• Training: Able to work through the GC Perfect Lesson program to gain a base understanding of student service and sales techniques. Also, the ability to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they are retained is also required.

• Coaching and Management: Able to lead, manage, and mentor others. Able to lead by example and help others to develop the skills and capabilities needed to ensure goals are met. Provides effective positive and constructive feedback. Able to manage a geographically dispersed team.

As our Lessons District Specialist, you will:

• Increase the student count within the District by driving and maintaining operations and sales

• Work to ensure that each location under your purview meets the required benchmarks and KPIs

• Travel to stores within a specific geographical region to provide certification and skills training, including New Hire training, Grand Opening training, etc.

• Evaluate store performance and provide recommendations on areas for improvement to the Lessons Support team at GC Headquarters

• Field support calls/emails from Lesson Leads in assigned areas

• Additional duties as assigned
