Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 29 branches throughout the United States. In Lenexa, KS we do business as Olathe Millwork.

Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your keen eye for detail and organizational skills will be crucial in supporting our supply chain operations and overall business success.

Whats in It for You: Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Shift Times: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Label and locate incoming freight. Review current inventory, cycle counts, and zone bin reports on regular basis.

Work closely with procurement to notify on low inventory and outages. Map warehouses with clear bin locations. Pull parts needed for production.

Youre experience in inventory control and warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2 years experience in similar settings (ideally, youre experienced with windows, doors, trim, and hardware). You can lift 50 lbs routinely. You are forklift experienced, ideally certified, with the ability to go up and down on forklifts and ladders. You have proven experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or related fields, with proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems). Knowledge and experience with our DSMi Agility software a big plus Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a safety sensitive position, subject to routine drug screenings.
