Description

This person will be responsible for managing relationships with our strategic partners, including facilitating a formal due diligence process, obtaining new and existing product information and ideas and understanding the overall business. This person will be responsible for analyzing management reporting to understand gaps and opportunities for the firm and customers. This person will partner with Financial Consultants and Sales Management to develop strategies aimed at increasing participation in products and financial planning across the entire footprint. This will be accomplished through a consultative sales approach providing financial insight and product information via the telephone and in-person so FCs can effectively offer these products to clients. This position requires an individual that has a sales focus with excellent communication skills, work ethic and competitive drive to succeed.

Position Duties:

  • Cultivate relationships with Financial Consultants and Sales Management to assist with product and financial planning engagement

  • Own Liquidity solutions including Securities based Lending and Margin.

  • Deliver education to Financial Consultants about Liquidity solutions including client value and all associated risks.

  • Facilitate a formal due diligence process to ensure our partners and products fall within our risk model

  • Identify and review new product opportunities to ensure we deliver a competitive product platform to our customers and sales team

  • Partner with internal colleagues in Compliance, Operations, IT and Risk to ensure we have the appropriate policies, procedures, workflows and oversight across the platform

  • Manage relationships to ensure we are given the appropriate support and training to drive sales across all product lines

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business; Minimum of 10 years industry experience. 3 years product management

License/Certifications: Series 7, 63, 65/66. Life licensed

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Ability to adapt to fast paced, changing environment.

  • Detailed understanding of the products to include annuities/insurance and mutual funds/unit investment trusts/managed accounts

  • Strong Consultative and negotiating skills.

  • Sales and management experience.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Team player with the ability to build deep relationships with internal and external partner

The ATM Product Manager will capture business requirements for various projects and work with Technology to translate them into development and testing solutions that meet the business needs and to manage various ATM projects. This position will also be responsible for assessing the competitive landscape and keeping a pulse on industry trends and market demand. Responsibilities: * Develop subject matter expertise of the ATM channel * Lead ATM channel projects (e.g., ATM Hardware Refresh, ATM software platform replacement) working as the liaison between the business, operations, technical areas and vendors throughout the project * Play a key role in the planning, testing, and implementation of enhancements, tracking deliverables and timelines * Create user journey's to support new functionality and provide optimal customer experience * Lead activities to design, manage, and evaluate business acceptance tests for end to end processes and the end-user customer experience (internal and external). * Facilitate implementation of new functionality by developing training materials and appropriate documentation. * Adopt a lean and agile approach to product development and delivery, coordinating efforts with project delivery team members to create the detailed sprint and testing plans * Bring a strong track record of collaboration within the digital banking industry, with business, legal, compliance, risk, fraud and technology areas * Solicits information regarding operational processes through interviews, document analysis, case scenarios, business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis * Collaborate and coordinate with operations and other departments to outline and document detailed project plans that define key activities, timelines and resource requirements * Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with business managers, subject matter experts and IT personnel * Works with the business and IT to manage issues as they arise.
