Summary:

This position will provide subject matter expertise to research and process exception transactions and quality assurance review for specific Loan Operations functions as defined in the attached Job Duties Addendum.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years or greater Loan Operations experience

  • Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment

  • FIS Bankway experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties Addendum: Account Support Specialist 3

  • Complete critical production and Q/C reports within SLA

  • Process payment exception reports

  • Monitor "in process" G/L accounts and process clearing entries

  • Q/C outsourced team processes

  • Support front line associates (email, phone, etc.)

  • Research highly complex/high priority support requests assigned within SLA

  • Work maintenance requests within SLA

  • Book new loans within SLA
