  • Loan Processing & Maintenance (new and existing)

  • Directly involved with Lenders regarding the process of closing loans, from start to finish.

  • Preparing loan worksheet forms and overall packages in a complete and accurate manner for assigned new, renewed and modified loans.

  • Ensure funding processes are followed according to internal procedures.

  • Order appraisals, title work, surveys, organizational documents, credit reports, background checks, etc.

  • Directly involved in loan closings, loan system research, loan system accuracy, and other internal web based issues.

  • Routine maintenance and customer service as requested by officers and/or customers.

  • Exception clearing (assisting lenders with cleared items).

  • Deposit Account Processing & Maintenance (new and existing)

  • Opening assigned new deposit accounts

  • Working directly with and performing transactions on behalf of customers with regard to deposit accounts, research requests, wire transfers etc.

  • Provides monitoring support regarding segregation of assigned healthcare deposit accounts.

  • Routine maintenance and customer service as requested by officers and/or customers.

  • Notification of and processing of overdrafts.

  • Documentation, Exception & Reporting Administration

  • Supports group with document retention and filin

  • Distributes coming due, past due and exception tracking reports to assigned officers and management.

  • Distributes existing portfolio and business development reports to assigned officers and management.

  • Administrative tracking and reporting responsibility to include loan fees payable, legal fees, third-party vendor fees, and outstanding reimbursements items.

  • Manage administrative and document transmittal and retention of government guaranty compliance (periodic interface with agent banks, participants, and governmental entities).

  • Division Administration

  • Assist division officers with entertainment ticket requests and other business retention efforts as needed.

  • On a limited basis and as needed, participate in Bank sponsored events and attend conferences (overnight travel may be required).

  • Support staff regarding group presentations.

  • Support staff regarding individual expense reports.

  • Division Administration includes managing supplies and stock inventory.

  • Track & monitor staff external training efforts.

  • Schedule and facilitate various meetings as requested.

  • When needed, support the logistics, shipping, and stocking of promotional items regarding conferences attended by staff.

  • When needed, support Business Development officers CRM input regarding ongoing prospecting calls.

  • When needed, support managerial requests (reports, research, meetings, special projects, etc.).

  • Provide overall back-up to other loan closing administrative staff.

  • Support lobby reception coverage (shared bank-wide).

  • Effectively interact with internal and outside legal counsel (documentation requests, packages, requests for service, etc.).

  • Occasionally special projects may require work outside normal business hours.

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years commercial lending administrative experience

  • Ability to schedule and complete tasks and duties without constant, direct supervision

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle 'crisis' servicing situations as they arise

  • Working knowledge of PC spreadsheet, word processing, and production software. i.e. Microsoft Office Products. Keyboarding speed of 50+wpm, 10-key calculator by touch.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have the ability to respond appropriately to customer inquiries in a fast-paced work environment while handling multiple tasks.

  • Demonstrate aptitude for detail work and ability to effectively meet specific deadlines

  • Must be able to respond under pressure, and be able to effectively deal with multiple priorities and schedules. This person must have the ability to lift, handle and carry some storage boxes.

  • Be able to work outside normal business hours when needed

VIEW JOBS 10/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-09T00:00 Retail Mortgage Lending Processor/Closers are responsible for analyzing and recording all incoming documents for compliance and loan eligibility; when necessary, obtaining missing documentation. If originally requested documentation is not available, Processors will work with the Senior Processor, Underwriter and/or Operations Manager to determine alternative sources to satisfy underwriting requirements. Incumbant must maintain open communication with borrowers, real estate brokers and MAE's to ensure proper and timely processing and closing of mortgage applications and update mortgage applications as needed through the Loan Origination System. Additional responsibilities include: * Sending and following up on verifications to employers, depository firms, creditors, etc. * Preparing and analyzing a final Underwriting Packet, along with all required and supportive documentation/information for the Underwriter * Preparing, reviewing and obtaining documentation necessary to clear underwriting conditions. * Performing the closing duties to ensure timely closing. * Ensuring work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities. Position Requirements: Knowledge of mortgage lending and loan documents is required to be successful in this role.
