We are seeking a professional candidate to organize and provide training for Child Support Services employees. This includes members of the Intake, Establishment, Enforcement and Accounting teams.
Examples of Duties for Success
Develops training plan and evaluates training needs. Evaluates the effectiveness of said training.
Monitors work activities of legal technicians/specialists for quality assurance. Determines compliance with program standards, state and federal mandates and regulations, and statutes that govern the child support program.
Handles compliant calls from custodial parents, non-custodial parents, employers, attorneys, and other parties prior to supervisor intervention.
Maintains an abbreviated caseload of child support cases similar to those in the unit in which they serve.
Provides coverage of vacant caseloads as needed.
Assists in the development or revision of unit procedures.
Promotes a positive work environment and motivates staff, maintaining focus on productivity and morale.
