High school diploma + 2 years of clerical experience in a law firm or professional services organization

Some college course work What will your day look like? Your responsibilities will include creating, transcribing, revising, proofreading and maintaining a variety of legal documents.
You will organize and manage e-Rooms and document closing binders, coordinate meetings, send invitations, book conference rooms, order food/beverage services, and other administrative tasks. You will exercise judgment in delegating administrative tasks to appropriate firm resources and maintain responsibility for all work and ensure that is completed on time and is a quality work product. You will provide general client support and have client contact.
