Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Facilitate daily workflow of clinical research agreements, student affiliation agreements, business associate agreements, and data use/access agreements across markets;
Facilitate daily workflow of vendor contracts (including but not limited to equipment, sales, maintenance, consulting, etc.)
Track new contract requests as they are submitted and participate in meetings with stakeholders to help move requests forward through and including signatures;
Upload and organize electronic contracts databases (iContracts/ ContractPodAi) and filing systems/folders by maintaining accurate data and fully executed documentation;
Work within other Department platforms involving contracts (Workday Strategic Sourcing);
Communicate relevant information about new and expiring agreements to internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, HR, operations);
Track and manage renewals for expiring contracts across the organization and its Departments, working closely with business team members;
Prepare attorney worklists and meet with attorneys regularly to review and move matters forward;
Under the supervision of the Department attorneys, draft simple agreements (e.g., NDAs), amendments, addendums, and extensions;
Under the supervision of the Department attorneys, review and suggest edits to contracts and renewals;
Independently prepare metrics and statistical reports on contract operations;
Prepare and coordinate correspondence related to contract initiations, renewals and terminations, as requested by business team;
Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal Departments and external vendors in order to develop positive working relationships;
Perform other related duties as assigned

Education, Certification, Computer and Training Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
3 to 4 years of experience working in the healthcare or legal setting.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with business team members and with outside parties as appropriate.
Excellent writing skills.
Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Ability to work independently to move matters forward.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience with Standard Office Equipment (Phone, Fax, Copy Machine, Scanner, Email/Voice Mail) required.
Experience with Standard Office Technology (MS Word, Excel) in a Windows based environment
Pay Range $68,000-73,000
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position
