Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

  • This is an onsite position

What You Can Expect:

  • Support multiple attorneys to ensure office management and flow.

  • Performs assignments involving work of a confidential nature and requiring knowledge of legal terminology and document formats, such as contracts, subpoenas, briefs, summons, complaints and motions.

  • Maintains files, schedules meetings, answers phones, travel arrangements, and manages calendars.

  • Assembles and analyzes information, prepares legal documents, agendas, and memoranda.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: 1 year relevant experience
