  • Administer assigned files and deliver legal services under attorney supervision

  • Relay legal correspondence to clients in a clear way

  • Provide assistance to attorneys in the effective and efficient resolution of files

  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures

  • Strong communication skills are essential to communicate with clients in an effective and efficient manner

  • Update schedule with client interactions

  • Conduct administrative tasks as necessary

  • Maintain and improve calendars and billing sheets

  • Assist with supporting several attorneys

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional time management skills preferred

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Foundational knowledge in transcription

  • Deep understanding of CompuLaw

  • Expertise in Calendar (docket)

  • Solid understanding of litigation

  • Hands-on experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus

  • Prowess in database management

  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience

  • Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
