The Opportunity:

As a Legal Secretary, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced litigation practice, supporting attorneys in complex construction and surety cases. You’ll manage critical deadlines, handle court filings, assist with trial preparation, and ensure smooth case progression—all while developing your legal expertise in a collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Legal Secretary in litigation
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal civil procedure rules
• Experience with court filings, eDiscovery, deposition prep, and trial support
• Proficiency in Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Office, iManage, and Pacer
• Notary Public registration preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
